A Bachelors in Electronics Engineering, Radhika Brings in Twenty-Eight years of experience in Information Technology. With her diverse background in Domain, Technical, Consulting and Managerial areas she has gained expertise in creating vision, strategies and has been a pioneer in successful transformations. She has evolved as an Industry Principal, in Lifesciences domain.

She is also a Certified Independent Director by the Ministry of Corporate affairs, Government of India.Radhika is instrumental in initiating and running a small group of women from all over south India, to perform initiatives like up skilling, assisting in social and personal welfare, counselling and in small initiatives for preserving ethnic values and Cultural treasures.

At present she is engaged in Research under the Caption of bridging Vedic science and Industry 4.0 /5.0 under the guidance of Shri Prahlada Rama Rao, Missile Scientist – Padma Sri Awardee 2017.She is an accredited Google scholar.
