A BABL from the University of madras, Advocate Gayathri Ganesh is a third-generation lawyer in her family. She got enrolled in Tamil Nādu bar council and All India Bar Council in the year 1999.She started her career as a junior lawyer, reviewed client files and organized evidence for court hearings, conducted research on legal precedents prepared summaries for senior advocates, expediting case briefings

As a Senior Practicing Advocate, she has handled various cases in Civil litigation, Arbitration Law, Electricity Laws, Energy and Gas, Negotiable Instruments – Company Law, Consumer Law, Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Law, Competition Laws, Civil Contracts, Trust Law, Succession Law, Family Law, Matters relating to Transfer of Property law including Tenancies, Rent Control, Labour and Services Law and Constitutional Law. She has me mentored many junior associates, resulting in an exceptional increase in their case resolution rate.

Gayathri strongly believes that Diverse outlooks and perspectives ensue in better decisions and resolves, which in turn will help to build and foster a strong ethical social capital for the Nation. She is also working as a Family court counsellor (Ref.Sec.6 of Family Courts Act 1984), assessing, strategizing and mediating in view of engendering couple, children and family matters, facilitating interaction, communication and empathetic indulgence between parties with a noble goal to reach an amicable agreement that retains and upholds relationship for everyone in the family, especially the children.
